What does a score mean?
CareerForm Score is our own structured assessment, not a universal ATS score. The full score is shown with fictional data while AI assessment is in development. Real documents currently receive observed text checks.
What can I upload?
Text-based PDF, DOCX or TXT, up to 10 MB. You can also paste text. Review and correct the extraction before saving. OCR for scanned PDFs is not connected.
Is job match a hiring probability?
No. It compares user-confirmed evidence against requirements from the supplied job advert. It cannot know the applicant pool or the employer’s decision.
Will edits invent experience?
Wording suggestions keep the same stated facts. You review each change, and incomplete placeholders must be resolved before export.
Can I download my CV?
Yes. Export PDF, editable DOCX or TXT using one of three templates, on A4 or US Letter. The exported layout may differ from your original.
How is my information handled?
Files are read in your browser before saving. Saved text and originals belong to your signed-in workspace. No document is sent to an AI provider in this version. You can export or delete your workspace.
Is billing active?
No. Free tools cost R0. CareerForm Pro is coming soon and its price has not been decided. No payment information is collected.
